Volunteer Seva for the 80th Vyāsa Pūjā Festival

For the upcoming Vyasa Puja festival, we are inviting devotees to participate in seva and assist in serving the Vaishnavas. This is a wonderful opportunity to engage in practical service and contribute to the smooth and devotional conduct of the festival.

Seva Opportunities

Devotees can participate in the following seva areas:

• Design Seva (Canva / Creative Support) – Assisting with posters and digital creatives

• Reception & Registration – Assisting with devotee check-in and guidance

• Crowd Management (Program Hall) – Supporting orderly movement and seating

• Prasadam Seva (Serving) – Serving prasadam to devotees

• Kitchen Support – Assisting in prasadam preparation and backend support

• Stage & Event Coordination – Supporting program flow and stage activities

• Cleanliness & Maintenance – Ensuring venue cleanliness and upkeep

• Guest Assistance (Senior Devotees & Families) – Supporting elderly devotees and families

• Transport & Bus Coordination – Assisting with arrival, departure, and movement

• Media Seva (Photography & Video) – Capturing festival moments

• Kirtan Seva – Participating in devotional kirtan

• Garland Seva – Preparation and arrangement of garlands for the festival

• Rangoli Seva – Creating rangoli designs to enhance the devotional ambiance

• Children’s Seva (Kids Zone) – Assisting in managing and engaging children

• General Seva (As Required) – Assisting wherever needed

Who Can Volunteer

Devotees who:

• Are available during the festival days

• Are willing to follow instructions of the coordinators

• Can maintain discipline and a cooperative mood of service

No prior experience is required. All sincere volunteers are welcome.

Important Guidelines

• Final seva allocation will be done by the coordinators based on overall requirements

• Volunteers are requested to be punctual and attentive to announcements

• Please maintain a respectful and service-oriented mood at all times

• Kindly be prepared to assist wherever required during the festival

• Further instructions and coordination details will be shared with registered volunteers
